Processing Time

  • At Naked Flight, all RC gliders are carefully prepared and packaged.

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items may require additional time (you will be notified).
     

Shipping Carriers

  • South Africa: The Courier Guy

  • International: DHL and FedEx
     

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • South Africa: 1–3 business days

    • International: 3–7 business days
       

Packaging

  • All RC gliders are securely packaged to minimize risk of damage during transit.
     

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
     

Shipping Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or customs.

  • Once shipped, delivery timing is managed by the courier.
     

International Shipping & Customs

  • Orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees, payable by the customer.
     

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

  • Naked Flight is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
     

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Contact us within 48 hours if your order is lost or arrives damaged.

  • Include photos so we can assist with a claim.

General Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to find the best solution.

  • Return shipping is typically the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Additional terms may apply depending on the situation.
     

Pre-Orders

  • If Naked Flight cannot supply a pre-order within the agreed timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

  • Cancel within 5 calendar days for a 100% refund.

  • After 5 business days, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
     

Custom & Built-to-Order Items

  • Custom or made-to-order gliders are non-refundable, unless faulty on arrival.
     

Clearance & B-Grade Items

  • Sold as-is and not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Refunds only apply if the parcel is lost in transit.
     

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
     

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
