Pre-Orders

If Naked Flight cannot supply a pre-order within the agreed timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

Cancel within 5 calendar days for a 100% refund.

After 5 business days, any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Custom & Built-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order gliders are non-refundable, unless faulty on arrival.
Clearance & B-Grade Items

Sold as-is and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds only apply if the parcel is lost in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Processing
